- Giám sát hoạt động vận hành mặt đất, đảm bảo tuân thủ theo Quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP) của công ty bằng cách luôn thực thi an toàn, an ninh và cố gắng đạt được các Chỉ số hiệu suất chính (KPI), OTP, TAT của bộ phận
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hoạt động tại nhà ga, bao gồm quản lý tài sản, hành chính và quản lý hoạt động nhân sự tại nhà ga
- Phối hợp chính với các ga khởi hành ở Việt Nam hoặc các nước khác và báo cáo cho nhân sự liên quan về hoạt động hàng ngày như: OMC, MCC, FCD, CCD, v.v.
- Xây dựng ngân sách cơ sở vật chất và nhân lực hàng năm, theo dõi và tuân thủ ngân sách ga được giao để duy trì chi phí luôn thấp, bao gồm cả việc giám sát các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ để cung cấp dịch vụ an toàn và bảo mật
- Kiểm soát tài liệu đối với các hoạt động hàng ngày, bao gồm xác minh hóa đơn/hóa đơn hàng tháng trong việc phối hợp với GO HDQ/FIN để kiểm soát chi phí
- Giám sát các quy trình về tất cả các vấn đề vận hành trạm bao gồm tài chính, thiết bị, công nghệ và con người để đồng thời tối đa hóa năng suất nhằm duy trì lực lượng lao động năng động và hiệu quả
- Đại diện cho VietJet phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với chính quyền địa phương, Đại sứ quán Việt Nam và các bộ phận liên quan đến Cục Hàng không dân dụng trong nước
- Tương tác, liên lạc và quản lý mối quan hệ với các bộ phận vận hành khác, nhà cung cấp và nhà cung cấp bên ngoài, chính phủ và các cơ quan quản lý tại nhà ga, bao gồm CIQ, dịch vụ ăn uống, v.v. về hoạt động, dịch vụ khách hàng và thương hiệu
- Phối hợp thực hiện kiểm toán nội bộ theo định kỳ của chính quyền địa phương hoặc VietJet
- Ghi chép và báo cáo các trường hợp đặc biệt hoặc các vấn đề an toàn/an ninh và báo cáo lên quản lý cấp trên

- _Supervise all ground operations activities in compliance with the company’s Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) by enforcing safety and security at all times and striving to achieve the department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI), OTP, TAT _
- _Take over the general administration of the station, including but not limited to asset management, administration, and human resources management at the station _
- _Coordinate with departure stations in Vietnam or other countries, and report to those involved in daily operations: OMC, MCC, FCD, CCD, etc _
- _Develop annual facility and manpower budget, monitor and adhere to an allotted station budget to keep costs low at all times, including monitoring service providers to offer services safety and security _
- _Keep track of daily operations documents, including monthly verification of invoices/bills in terms of coordinating with GO HDQ/FIN of cost control _
- _Monitor procedures on all station operational matters including finance, equipment, technology, and people to maximize productivity at the same time to maintain a motivated and effective workforce _
- _Be the representative for Vietjet in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local authority, Vietnam Embassy, Civil Aviation Department and other related departments _
- _Interact, liaise and manage relationships with other operation departments, external vendors and suppliers, government and regulatory bodies at the station, including CIQ, catering, etc. in terms of operations, customer services, and branding _
- _Coordinate to conduct a termly audit by local authorities or Vietjet internally _
- _Record and make a report of special circumstances or safety/security issues and report to an upper-level manager _

**Requirements**:
**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành hàng không, lữ hành, dịch vụ khách hàng, khách sạn

**3. Ngoại ngữ**:

- Kĩ năng nói và viết tiếng Anh thành thạo, TOEIC từ 600 trở lên hoặc IELTS/TOEFL tương đương

- Công dân nước sở tại quen thuộc hoặc có mối quan hệ tốt với chính quyền sân bay và chính phủ
