**About the opportunity**

This role requires a deep understanding of the various sales processes within a destination management company. This full-time analytical position will also support the continuous improvement and deployment of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from Discova stakeholders for the system migration project.
- Partner with senior analysts to verify that the new system comprehensively captures all business needs.
- Thoroughly understand and document FIT, GIT, and Group sales workflows in the current system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map these processes to the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
- Analyse business operations data to identify the migration's potential challenges and impacts.
- Generate insightful reports and analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in developing training materials and guides to prepare end-users for the new system.
- Provide initial-level support to users during the transition to the new system.

**About You**

The Essentials
- A proven track record in Business Analysis or related roles, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Hands-on expertise in ERP or CRM system implementation projects
- Deep understanding of tourism industry business processes, particularly within destination management companies (preferred)
- Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Extensive experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system migration projects
- Exceptional communication skills, owning effective cross-departmental and vendor collaborations
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including FIT, GIT, and group sales
