Monitor & get ready a welcome drink together with Guest Relation Officer upon guest arrival

Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and baggage room.

Assign night bellman polishing the trolleys and note carefully to the Daily Logbook.

Ensure timely pick up and deliveries pertaining to baggage handling

Maintain close relationship with Reception/Concierge/Cashier as well as other departments

Ensure all job assignments are properly logged in respective logbooks. Use the Duty Log to document matters of importance

Upon arrival of newspapers, prepare and deliver them to guest rooms as assigned by Front Office staff

Helping guest service team in escorting guests to and from their accommodations and also orienting them with the property features, facilities and in room equipments.

Communicate special guest requests to the Asst. Front Office Manager/Manager on Duty.

Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features

Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

Minimum College education

Computer Basics and knowledge of Property Management software

Good reading and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese

Previous experience working with a hotel environment in the 4 or 5 stars.

Good communication and customer contact skills

Service oriented with an eye for details

Pro-active and reliable. To have a passion for customer service
