**About the Role**

As our Lead Animator, you will be responsible for Gojek Vietnam's creative ideation campaigns for all of our products (GoRide, GoCar, GoFood, and GoSend). You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with her on a daily basis. You’re expected to run impactful marketing campaigns creatives, lead the discussion and development of the creative ideations amongst various internal or external stakeholders and oversee the production process from end-to-end from its inception, design, development, to execution.**What You Will Need**
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the team to come up with exceptional ideas that deliver marketing and the brand campaign’s objective within the deadlines.
- Work on your own creative ideas, creative design, and execution that answer the briefs from the team while obtaining input from stakeholders to ensure that the designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
- Understand our target audience and be able to answer our business needs through the right creative.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of creative design in Gojek Vietnam with stakeholders including establishing creative criteria, overseeing production, and testing the idea prototypes.
- Always stay up to date with the current trends in the creative marketing field.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.

**What You Will Do**
- A bachelor’s degree in interactive, graphic design or relative field in a reputable university
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a creative role at an advertising or marketing with skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
- Ability to think out of the box and have a good understanding of users' needs and expectations
- Deep understanding of how marketing and social media campaign work across all platforms (offline and online media)
- Advanced knowledge and prior experience implementing creative advertising visuals, headlines, content copy, and award winning/industry benchmark ideas & executions that meet our target audiences’ tastes
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to spot trends, assess new data, and keep abreast with the latest marketing and brand updates

**About the Team**

Lead Animator is a part of the Marketing Function under the Gojek Vietnam Regional Team, it’s a lean and powerful team based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi - Vietnam. We are in charge of Gojek products and analyzing the customer’s behaviors in order to better cater to our products (GoFood, GoRide, GoCar, and GoSend). Our Marketing Function manages brands' communication and growth, digital ads, CRM, social media, activation, and offline visibility. Most importantly, we hold a crucial role in nurturing the Gojek products as well as being the brand “mediator”, connecting closely with Cross Functionals: Partnership, Operations, Merchants, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, and Customer Care Unit to name a few.
During our free time, you would find us traveling, reading novels/comics, doing flower arrangements, playing a video game, engrossing in a drama, or on a stage dancing. We love to catch up after office hours for dinner or casual chit-chat. We’re made up of travelers, movie game fanatics, and food and pet lovers.
