Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Provide accurate product information, assist with quotations, and address customer concerns.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Administration:
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Order Processing:
- Verify order details and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Track order progress and update customers on status.
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and assist with sales reports and performance metrics as needed.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update sales documentation and product catalogs.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor or College’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is desirable.
- Experience in the metal fabrication or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Attributes:
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
