Manage and supervise activities of assigned region

Công tác quản lý và giám sát hoạt động huấn luyện trong khu vực được giao:

- Develop, supervise, boost performance and efficiency of training activities in assigned area.

Phát triển, giám sát, tăng cường hiệu suất và hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ Pru-Planner.
- Supervise and coach for all activities of Pru-planner team.

Lên kế hoạch huấn luyện và giám sát cho mọi hoạt động của đội nhóm Pru-Planner.
- Supervise and evaluate implementation plan of team to ensure the quality and timeline

Đánh giá và giám sát kế hoạch thực hiện của đội nhóm để đảm bảo đúng theo kế hoạch đề ra và đạt chất lượng.
- Check and ensure the quality of training procedures and activities in line with company and department regulation.

Kiểm tra các quy trình và hoạt động vận hành bảo đảm đúng theo quy định của bộ phận và công ty.
- Coordinate with the PruVenture business team and others to develop capabilities PruVenture business development force.

Phối hợp cùng bộ phận kinh doanh kênh PruVenture đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Quản Lý Kinh Doanh Kênh Thành Thị (BDM).

Operational tasks & business supporting

Công tác chuyên môn và hỗ trợ kinh doanh
- Conduct training activities as assigned training plan

Thực hiện đứng lớp đào tạo, huấn luyện theo lịch
- Participate in training design and development for Pru-planners.

Tham gia thiết kế các chương trình huấn luyện cho đội ngũ Pru Planners.
- Support Business Development Managers -The PRUVenture to carry out morning exercise, training and coaching, supervising and guiding sales to help Pru-Planner achieve business goals.

Hợp tác với các BDMs để hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh đạt được chỉ tiêu kinh doanh.

Project management

Quản lý dự án:

- Participate in projects in termsoftraining, development & business

Tham gia dự án liên quan đến huấn luyện, đào tạo và kinh doanh khi có yêu cầu;
- Any other tasks assigned by management levels

Tham gia các nhiệm vụ/ dự án được giao bởi cấp quản lý

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualification/ Bằng cấp:

- University graduation or above

Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên
- Major: Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Pedagogy/ Finance & Banking with master degree, whichis an advantage

Chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực/ Quản trị kinh doanh/ Sư phạm/ Tài chính ngân hàng, tốt nghiệp thạc sỹ trở lên sẽ là một lợi thế

Knowledge and skill/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

- Knowledgeable in banking, finance, investment, insurance

Kiến thức về ngân hàng, tài chính, đầu tư, bảo hiểm
- Proficient in English

Thành thạo tiếng Anh
- Good at presentation skill

Kỹ năng thuyết trình lưu loát, tự tin
- Good at interpersonal skill

Khả năng giao tiếp, truyền thông
- Potential in leadership skill
