WMS Specialist

- Excellence in execution:

- Be accountable for solving issues relating to systems (WMS, ERP, Order Management System).
- Be aware & inform team of systems’ update, down time maintenance in a timely manner. Suggest work-around solutions to keep operation running and achieve KPIs.
- Maintain/ Update Master Data (WMS - daily) (SKU, Layout)
- Training:

- Summarize systems issues, standardize procedures for end user to solve problems.
- Design training plan of WMS, ERP and Order Management systems and follow through with end user.
- TPM & Continuous Improvement:

- Leverage data from WMS to get insights on warehouse productivity/ storage utilization/ stock freshness for improvement action
- Work with WMS Business Lead to enhance systems and stop issues from happening again.
- Compliance:

- Ensure daily correct execution of goods movement in line with procedures (FEFO, Track & Trace).
- Do Track & Trace effectively to support solving incidents, audits, etc.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant fields

Experiences/skills:

- At least 2-3 years of experiences in similar roles preferably in logistics and manufacturing companies
- Profound experiences with SAP, WMS or other ERP systems
- Drive for (efficiency) improvements and business process optimisation
- Other skills and languages: Microsoft Office (Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI)

Languages:Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
