**Job description**:

- Contact clients for providing services related toLegal/Labor Management which can satisfy the clients.
- Contact clients for providing services related to licensing as IRC, ERC, and other licenses.
- Support to update for the newsletter and HR-Base Service which provide HR service on Website.
- Take responsibility for developing customer relationships promoting retention and loyalty.
- Translate documents between JP & EN & VN as requested.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, manager.

**Job requirements**:

- Age: 24+
- 2 year working experience at least.
- Language: Japanese (N2 equivalent is the least).
- **_Preferred Skills:_**:

- Educational background: Bachelor of Law.
- Research issues and draft documents skill.
- Proactive.
- Considerate/Attentive.
