MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Reports to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform
Trains Engineers in accordance with hotel guidelines.
Conducts guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.
Performs inspections of operating machinery, equipment and systems.
Maintains an accurate and up to date tool and equipment log.
Responds to work orders as requested and complete all paperwork associated with the order.
Responds to maintenance requests from guests, as requested by the hotel’s duty manager.
Ensures all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.
Ensures all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair.
Implements other duties as required and directed by the Chief Engineer

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with other; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Good communication and writing skills
Literate in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent
3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
