- Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.
- Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing data modeling for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
- Develop and support data pipeline to gather, analyze and visualize metrics related to production indicators and workflows.
- Lead end-to-end data engineering projects - from problem and requirements definition to model deployment and validation.
- Provide guidance and expertise to develop analytical methods and design tools
- Identify new data requirements and areas of improvement in the existing data structure.
- Collaborate with the global team to design data integrations and data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and data cleanliness at all times.
- Contributes and maintain department Wiki, and documents work.
- Collaborate with IT/MES team in Standard Logic implementation.
- Develop business intelligence dashboards with inputs from the global team to fulfill the requirements of Global Organization and drive for Global Alignment.
- Use business intelligence and programming tools to provide periodic reports, analysis and highlight findings to support strategic decision making.
- Collaborate with Data Science team to align on global solution on data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and transparency.
- Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assists in the resolution of data issues.
- Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects
- Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers
- Develop and provide training to other engineers, engineering technicians, and production associates
- Champion continuous improvement activities using six-sigma and other statistical problem-solving methods
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior engineers and Technicians
- Perform data collection relating to daily equipment performance and associated product performance
- Works with mínimal supervision
- Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or Physical Science Field or the equivalent. Preferably: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Project lead in problem-solving / continuous improvement projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or SQL.
- Experience in end-to-end data analytics ecosystems has added advantage.
- Ability to build and optimize data sets, data pipelines, and data storage solutions either on-premises or cloud environment.
- Skilled in data modeling, including relational and dimensional modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Master in defining and developing robust ETL pipelines and data orchestration solutions.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in Statistical Data Analysis
- Knowledge of programming language (e.g. Python, Java, etc.)
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements to data solutions independently.
- Work cooperatively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in writing complete manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve goals
