- **Position Summary**_
- As a Digital Account Planner in Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions._
- Beside that, you will attend to develop overall strategic direction for the media proposal and present to clients._

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Account**:_
- Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
- Act as the main contact point between client and internal team, respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
- Assist in managing the entire campaign and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality
- Support in doing paperwork, following contracts, contract terminations and payment process.
- **Planning**:_
- Clarify all aspects of the campaign's brief and join to research, brainstorm ideas, lay out the media proposal, and develop strategic planning that commits to the brief's requirements;
- Support in communicating directly with clients during the entire process of debriefing and preparing for the planning;
- Research and analyze new initiatives, trends, updates from media channels as well as client information to build and provide suitable solutions for solutions to clients;
- Assist in building the media proposals and present them to clients.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- **No experience requirements;**:

- **Able to work full-time for at least 4 - 6 months;**:

- Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
- Excellent management skills and ability to multi-task;
- Superior Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills;
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Good presentation skills;
- Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;
- Logical and critical thinking;
- Have a long-term orientation to Halocom, at least 1 year after completing the training.
