**Nội dung công việc**

**Quản lý**
- Giám sát các đội ngũ Phát triển ứng dụng/ dịch vụ Web
- Tập trung vào việc hướng dẫn, đào tạo, phối hợp như một lãnh đạo kỹ thuật.
- Ước lượng dự án, Quản lý Dự án (Lịch trình, Quản lý lỗi và Chất lượng).
- Đàm phán với khách hàng.
- Quản lý dự án để đảm bảo hoàn thành trong thời gian quy định, đồng thời đảm bảo rằng công việc thực hiện đáp ứng các yêu cầu và chất lượng cần thiết.
- Động viên và phát triển đội ngũ.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác từ Quản lý

**Kỹ thuật**:

- Dẫn dắt các nhóm trong việc lập kế hoạch, thiết kế và phát triển ứng dụng phần mềm hoặc chương trình tiện ích chuyên dụng/mạng và/hoặc môi trường phần cứng nhằm nâng cao khả năng của tổ chức/khách hàng trong việc đạt được các mục tiêu và mục tiêu chiến lược.
- Phát triển kế hoạch kinh doanh liên tục (BCP) và framework
- Hướng dẫn kỹ thuật phù hợp cho các thành viên cấp Junior.

**Thời gian làm việc**: Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, giờ giấc linh hoạt (Có thể làm việc tại nhà - Work from home)

**Địa điểm làm việc**: Quận Tân Bình, TP.HCM

**Chức vụ**: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành IT hoặc ngành có liên quan
- Tiếng Nhật tốt (JLPT N3 trở lên)
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm quản lý dự án với vai trò BrSE hoặc Project Leader, Team Leader
- Kinh nghiệm trong việc ước lượng được dự án và thực hiện các dự án phức tạp
- Kiến thức về Phát triển phần mềm hoặc có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn với các công nghệ như Java,.Net, Python, v.v
- Kiến thức tốt hoặc có kinh nghiệm thực hành với các cơ sở dữ liệu SQL/non-SQL như MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, v.v
- Quen thuộc với quy trình phát triển phần mềm như Waterfall, Agile
- Kinh nghiệm trong việc lập tài liệu đặc tả như thiết kế và testing
- Sẵn sàng khắc phục và giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo
