Collecting, maintaining, updating, and expanding the database on real estate market, as well as relevant micro
- and macro-economic factors.
- Process data and write/ update reports on real estate segments including industrial park and commercial residence real estate.
- Producing market presentations/ newsletters/reports.
- Compose and prepare correspondence and presentations, compile documents for meetings.
- Deal with daily administrative, operational and secretarial tasks of the Board of Director Office (GD & DGDs).
- Maintaining BDO’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc
- Prepare and translate, where necessary, confidential documents, meeting minutes, reports, presentations and any other relevant documentation in 2 core languages namely English and Vietnamese in timely and accurately manner.
- Coordinate and monitor the BDO’s filing system to ensure company documents, files and confidential material are secured, controlled and destroyed in efficient manner.
- Facilitate communication from BDO’s office to internal and external stakeholders to ensure messages are effectively communicated.
- Coordinate and deal with BDO’s matters including company events, social activities, and any ad hoc requests to ensure works are completed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum education level: Diploma in University, related to the fields of Journalism and Communication, Diplomacy.
- High English proficiency. Excellent skill in written English and computer usage.
- Experienced in data collection, database management; data analysis and report writing skills.
- Good translation and Interpretation skills.
- Good presentation ability.
- Good morality, Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and work in high pressure environment.
