Thành thạo về phần cứng và sự cố trong ứng dụng của hệ điều hành.

2. Responsible for setting up PC, telephone set and others I.T hardware (laptop, projector, network, etc).

Chịu trách nhiệm cài đặt máy tính, điện thoại và kỹ thuật phần cứng khác (máy tính xách tay, máy chiếu, mạng..)

3. Install & follow up software licensing control system.

Cài đặt phần mềm và theo dõi hệ thống quản lý bản quyền phần mềm.

4. Manage administrative documents for IT complying company policy.

Quản lý hồ sơ hành chính của IT theo tiêu chuẩn công ty.

Hỗ trợ tất cả người sử dụng để đảm bảo không có bất cứ vấn đề gì về máy tính, điện thoại, kết nối mạng, truy cập ra bên ngoài, thư điện tử và những phần mềm tiêu chuẩn khác.

Có kiến thức cơ bản về công nghệ thông tin như : địa chỉ IP, mạng nội bộ, mạng diện rộng, thư điện tử, máy chủ, SharePoint, hệ thống tổng đài VoIPđể bảo trì hệ thống mạng..

7. Site support for GL Corporate Office as well as travelling to other site offices to fix IT issues following request of immediate superior.

Hỗ trợ trụ sở chính cũng như đi tới các văn phòng khác để khắc phục các sự cố IT theo yêu cầu của cấp trên trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University/Colleague graduate ( and have IT certificate).

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/đại học (và có chứng chỉ IT).
- At least one year of related experience in the same field in required.

Ít nhất01 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin.
- GoodEnglish communication

- Able to communicate with all levels, high integrity and hard working.
