**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 13 - 20 triệu VNĐ)
Phát triển hệ thống:

- Tham gia phát triển các chức năng của hệ thống ERP theo hướng dẫn từ Senior Developer.
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng và phát triển REST APIs.
- Xử lý các task liên quan đến database: thiết kế, tối ưu truy vấn dưới sự hướng dẫn.
- Đóng góp ý tưởng để tối ưu hiệu năng và cải thiện chất lượng codebase.

Phát triển nghiệp vụ:

- Hỗ trợ tích hợp dữ liệu giữa các phân hệ ERP.
- Học hỏi và áp dụng các quy trình tự động hóa vào hệ thống.

Học hỏi & hỗ trợ nhóm:

- Học hỏi các công nghệ và quy trình phát triển mới từ các thành viên trong nhóm.
- Thực hiện unit testing cho các chức năng được giao.
- Tham gia code review và cải thiện coding standards của bản thân.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
1. Chế độ đãi ngộ
- Mức thu nhập từ $600 - $900 (Thỏa thuận theo năng lực).
- Được hưởng Gói Bảo hiểm nâng cao PTI
- Xét tăng lương hàng năm từ 1- 2 lần tùy năng lực.
- Được hưởng đầy đủ chính sách theo quy định: BHXH, BHYT, các phúc lợi khác theo luật Lao động (Tham gia BHXH dựa trên mức LCB của vị trí)

2. Đào tạo - Phát triển
- Được hướng dẫn trực tiếp bởi Senior Developers.
- Tham gia các dự án quan trọng với cơ hội học hỏi và phát triển kỹ năng chuyên sâu.
- Được công ty hỗ trợ tham gia các khóa đào tạo nâng cao chuyên môn.

3. Môi trường làm việc
- Làm việc và phát triển tại một trong những hệ thống thuộc Top hệ thống bán lẻ công nghệ.
- Môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, coi trọng năng lực và khả năng sáng tạo với nhiều dự án đa dạng
- Tham gia nhiều hoạt động thiện nguyện cùng Công ty và các tổ chức thiện nguyện khác
- Tham gia CLB thể thao: Bóng đá, cầu lông, chạy bộ....

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bắt buộc:

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển với.NET Core và C#.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về RESTful APIs.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với SQL Server hoặc MongoDB.
- Nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản về OOP và Design Patterns.

Ưu tiên:

- Có kinh nghiệm với Docker hoặc các hệ thống CI/CD.
- Đã làm việc với các hệ thống ERP hoặc business process automation.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về Flutter là lợi thế (không bắt buộc).

Kỹ năng mềm:

- Khả năng học hỏi nhanh, thái độ cầu tiến.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
- Chủ động trong công việc và quản lý thời gian cá nhân tốt.
