Our client is a Vietnamese top-notch pharmaceutical production company who is seeking for a talent to join their firm:
**Production management**:
- Oversee production operations in four manufacturing compounds by offering strategic leadership and guidance.-
- Manage the planning and implementation of the production process to guarantee prompt delivery of superior pharmaceutical products.-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for maximization of resources and capacities and production effectiveness.-
**Quality assurance and quality control**:
- Establish and maintain solid quality management systems to guarantee adherence to legal requirements and industry guidelines.-
- Oversee the QA/QC team in quality evaluations, audits, and investigations for product authenticity.-
- Constantly promote and execute significant enhancements for product quality and lower deviations.-
**Supply chain management**:
- Carry out strategic plans to ensure a solid and efficient supply chain.-
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to improve supply chain performance overall, shorten lead times, and optimize inventory levels.-
- Maintain relationships with principle suppliers and other stakeholders, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.-
**Team management and leadership**:
- Promote an environment that values and encourages innovation, excellence, and ongoing enhancement among the supply chain, QA/QC, and production departments.-
- Give advice and direction to team members, encouraging their professional growth and fostering a productive work atmosphere.
