THE OPPORTUNITY
The University Registrar is a key, central and professional service department. The Department plays as an expert provider of fundamental University-wide academic services and a dynamic influencer of academic policy. The scope of services covers both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Registrar Officer provides administrative support and coordination for academic operations and projects within The University Registrar.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Your main duties of providing administrative support and coordination for operations and projects within University Registrar. Key areas of functions as below:
1. Academic planning/Administration
- Development of University Academic Calendar
- Coordination with Faculties and Colleges to develop Program Catalog, Course Catalog, Curriculum Handbook.
- Formulating and reviewing academic regulations/policies/procedures
- Supporting the implementation of external review and accreditation outcomes
- Coordination of the development and approval of curricula, programs and courses in consultation with Colleges/departments and academic support units
- Coordinating workflows with Colleges/Faculties in matters related to academic administration
2. Enrollment, Registration and Timetable
- Program registration
- Student records and student status movement
- Course registration/class enrollment
- Time-tabling of classes
- Classroom scheduling and booking
- Course feedback
- Other registrar: course exchange, credit transfer, transferring students
3. Examinations and graduation:
- Time-tabling of examinations
- Logistic support for examinations and results processing
- Credit transfer/Program transfer
- Degree audit
- Issuing of transcripts and degree certificates
- Student-related aspects of graduation ceremonies
4. Student Information System management (as power user)
5. Management information support:
- Student data and statistics, external reporting
- Student information provision (including advice on compliance with relevant legislation)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor or higher degree in education or related fields
- At least 3 years of equivalent experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment, preferably within higher education or customer service.
- Excellent IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation packages
- High standards of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Ability to priorities and respond effectively to competing demands
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Familiarity with MOET (Ministry of Education and Training) requirements is preferred.
