**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a young talented
**Account Executive** who is curious, lively and looking for a fantastic challenge within an international agency as Ogilvy. You will work closely with Senior Account Manager to deliver the best results for our Clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day administration of accounts (workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking, etc.) under the direction of the Senior Account Manager and delights clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work - measured by the client and SAM evaluation
- Develop a thorough understanding of his/her brands - measured by SAM of store checks, competitive analyses
- Write briefs under the supervision of the SAM
- Ensure that clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed - measured by % of invoices passed the first time by client and outstanding
- Develop a sense of ownership of and passion for all creative work on his assignments - measured by SAM and CD evaluation
- Flourish in the climate of creativity and innovation in the Brand team - measured by leader of business boosting initiatives proposed, accepted by client and implemented by client
- Accept and implement new ways of working that allow the Brand team to deliver quality work faster and cheaper - measured by cost/time savings
- Talk up the accounts and the work - measured by SAM evaluation
- Have support from intern/trainee, hand out daily tasks and appropriate guidance

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- 6- 8 months in an advertising agency_ (preferably ATL and digital-focused)_ at similar position is a plus
- Good communication skills since facing clients every day is a MUST
- A big plus if you have experience in the ATL production process _(KV, TVC, Video),_ been involved in at least 1-2 productions (at any scale)
- Familiar with payment process/paperwork required to exchange with all stakeholders_ (internal, PH, clients, other agencies, etc.)_
- Good command of English speaking and writing skills to work with foreign partners
- Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time and detail-oriented
- Great sense of common - able to persuade or generate cooperation
- Discreet - can be trusted to keep things confidential
- Flexible and have a “can do” attitude
