- Working time**:Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)**

**Job Responsibility for Chief Technology Officer** **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:
**Product development**
- Build product strategy align with the organization’s short-term and long-term goals
- Build Application landscape: includes the self-developed system as well as other integrated tools (Google, Atlassian)
- Identify what technology products can be developed suit for product trend and business company’s strategy
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

**Technical Management**
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives

**People Management**
- Manage Technology, Product and Data team
- Work closely with other departments to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Provide training and coaching for teams, recruiting, training, assessing and developing performance’s technology team
- Building departmental structure, operating procedures and reviews for continuous improvement
- Make a plan to develop the human resource structure to ensure the company’s business development goals
- Make a business development plan of the company/department to realize the company’s development strategy (development planning)

**Requirement for** **Chief Technology Officer - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree
- Previous working experience as a CTO for minimum 3 years at a similar type of operating company
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, and product design
