**Job description**:

- Qualgo Technologies is a tech startup with innovative products and services. While we build different products to solve different problems, protecting user privacy and security is the top priority across everything that we build.
- We are looking for Senior Software Engineer with the passion to explore a new product. As Senior Backend Developer you will be involved in the planning, development, and maintenance our products.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Optimizing components for consistency and performance across desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and ship new features.
- Optimize the system for reliability and performance.
- Fix bugs and improve the system.
- Write unit test code to prevent similar bugs Responsibility to resolve bugs as soon as possible.
- Provide methodology and metrics to monitor the system.
- Improve performance, the reliability of the system.
- Contribute knowledge to the technical team.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Qualifications
- Have 7+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale products.

Must-Have Skills
- Experience with Back End (Java/Node JS,... )
- Good understanding and knowledge of OOP, data structure, design patterns.
- Experience with of large-scale products, real-time product
- Familiar with RESTful API.
- Experienced in designing and developing software solutions using various technologies, such as web, cloud, or blockchain
- Strong understanding of web app performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on with debugging and finding complex problems in code.
- Well-versed in Git and CI/CD tools for version control and automation.
- Nice to Have Skills
- Have experience with Docker, K8s, MongoDB, PostgreDB is a plus
- Experience with Matching engine technique is big plus
- Excellent attention to details.
- Can work in both independent and teamwork environments.
- Leadership/Soft Skills:

- Possess a well-rounded set of behavioral abilities such as decision-making, risk management, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and issue anticipation, which are crucial for guiding products and teams to success.
- Ability to lead product through the complete development lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality user experience.
- Self-starter, a strong sense of ownership, gets things done.
- Capable of making timely decisions while dealing with uncertainties and inadequate information.
- Excellent attention to details.
