- Revenue & Cost Recognition Configuration:

- Assess and configure the NetSuite system to accurately manage and automate the recognition of revenue and costs
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (VAS/IFRS) during revenue and expense recognition
- Define workflows and approval processes for revenue and cost tracking
- Inventory Configuration:

- Configure and optimize inventory tracking and costing within NetSuite
- Implement processes to ensure accurate inventory valuation (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average) and reporting
- Ensure synchronization of inventory levels with sales and supply chain data, including accurate tracking of inventory in transit and at third-party locations
- System Performance Optimization:

- Optimize the NetSuite system to handle 3 million+ monthly transactions efficiently
- Improve the speed and accuracy of the data upload process for large volumes of transactions
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in collaboration with the IT team and external vendor
- Project Management:

- Create and manage a detailed project plan with clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in the project implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders
- Training & Documentation:

- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for finance and operations teams on new processes
- Prepare detailed documentation for all system configurations and workflow changes

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have the below competencies:

- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels and functions
- Achieve results through influence, persuasion, collaboration, and relationship-building
- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Education background requirements:

- Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area.
- Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferred.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and optimization, with at least 2 years in NetSuite
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules, including Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Inventory Management
- Experience in high-volume transactional environments
- Deep understanding of revenue and cost recognition principles (VAS)
- Proven track record in system performance optimization and resolving data processing bottlenecks
- Certification in NetSuite and Project Management (PMP/Prince2) is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Revenue & Cost Recognition Configuration:

- System accurately records revenue and cost recognition according to the project scope and timeline
- 100% compliance with financial reporting standards (VAS GAAP)
- Stakeholder satisfaction with the configuration (measured via survey and sign-off)

2. Inventory Management configuration:

- Accurate inventory valuation and tracking across all business models and third-party locations
- Reduction in inventory-related errors or misreporting by 90%

3. System Performance:

- Transaction upload time reduced by 50% compared to current levels
- NetSuite system capable of processing 3 million+ monthly transactions with no major performance bottlenecks

4. Project Timeliness:

- 100% of project milestones achieved on or before deadlines
- Project completed within the 4-month timeframe with no major scope changes
