We are looking for a Java Developer who communicate with our engineering team to produce the most effective products that delight our clients.

**Job Description**:

- Project Management:

- Lead the game development process, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as game designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers, to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
- Define project goals, objectives, and milestones, and track progress throughout development.
- Budget and Resource Management:

- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to stay on track with the budget and timelines.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the game's adherence to design specifications and high-quality standards.
- Oversee the testing and bug-fixing process, ensuring issues are promptly addressed to deliver a polished final product.
- Creative Direction and Feedback:

- Provide creative direction and guidance to the development team, supporting them in bringing the vision of the game to life.
- Offer constructive feedback during various stages of production to optimize game mechanics, aesthetics, and overall player experience.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate with stakeholders, including executives and external partners, to keep them informed about project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitors' games to inform decision-making and potential improvements to our games.
- Release and Post-Launch Support:

- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to plan the game's release strategy and promotional activities.
- Monitor player feedback and analytics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and potential updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Game Producer or similar role in the video game industry.
- In-depth understanding of game development processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- A passion for gaming and a keen eye for exceptional gameplay experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and gaming platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Game Development, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
