**The Job**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Integrate user-facing and server-side components
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize app performance for speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Design and implement data storage solutions
- Review, refactor, and maintain codebases
- Deploy web apps to staging and production

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- You have strong experience writing scalable Django backends, working with relational databases, and building GraphQL APIs \u007C Must-Have
- You have experience in developing apps with React/React Native/Flutter \u007C Nice-to-have
- You have experience in matchmaking, database migration, DevOps skills. Some understanding of Edtech and machine learning \u007C Nice-to-have
- You must understand async structures, race conditions, and basic RESTful APIs \u007C Must-Have
- You have experience with end-to-end ownership of the systems you’ve built
- you’ve run deployments, you’ve led incident response, and you know how to log, monitor, debug, and in general measure the reliability, and performance of the systems you own.
- A desire to stay up-to-date with best practices and conventions
- An Agile and Scrum mentality
- Testing capabilities
- English proficiency (B2)
