**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- As a start-up member, you will be responsible for developing Human Resources Management which is SaaS Product._
- Understanding Business requirements to build user friendly system;
- Develop and operate the Back-end of our new SaaS Product（Human Resources Management System）with PHP, Laravel;
- Create a development plan and schedule with PM;
- Report task progress daily to the PM;
- Lead and support issues in both Back-end and Front-end;
- Manage AWS（EC2, RDS, S3, etc);
- Keep developing new functions on the system after launch;
- Optimize Code to make system work faster and smoothly.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Have 4+ years of experience in developing systems with PHP;
- Have experience at least 2 years in developing systems with the Laravel framework;
- Used to write API/RESTful API for Web with Laravel;
- Able to write code that is legible, efficient, modular, well maintained;
- Have an ability to design system and lead architectural decisions;
- (NICE TO HAVE) Have experience in developing and operating new products.

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong knowledge about PHP Core, MySQL;
- Have practical knowledge about AWS (EC2, RDS, S3 etc);
- Strong experience in using HTML, CSS, JS, React JS, Bootstrap 4 etc;
- Ability to use version control (Git) and Github;
- Have experience about Linux;
- Have knowledge about Cloud Server, SSL.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- (NICE TO HAVE) Ability to read and write English well;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to communicate and work with your team collaboratively;
- Have a strong product mindset to focus not only on technical but also user experience;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility to perform all assigned task;
- Mindset to work independently and support your teammates well;
- Mindset of self-learning and to take initiative at work;
- Eager to improve your own skill through working.
