We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic Driver Operations Associate who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to join one of the fastest growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia.

**Responsibilies**:
- In responsible for guaranteeing driver supply, managing driver side commercials, and increasing vehicle utilization.
- In responsible for fleet training, as well as managing drivers to achieve the highest standard customer experience and adherence to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
- Prepare monthly delivery statements and invoices for clients and payments for drivers.
- Create new ideas and process improvements to help streamline daily operational tasks.
- Assist in the review of the current logistics and operations team's SOP.
- Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs.
- ** Work address**:No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District
- ** Working hours**: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm); Saturday (9am - 1pm)

- ** What you will need?**:
- Degree in the relevant field;
- At least 1 year experience in operations background/customer service;
- Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
- Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
