- General Description:
Reporting and working closely with the manager in charge of CPG Vietnam offices. The role is to manage a team of Urban Planners/ Designers who will involve in the design phase of several large scale urban projects that range across all of the below:

- Urban environments - towns and cities
- Hospitality environment - resorts and recreational areas
- Spatial - parks, open landscapes
- Specific Position Responsibilities:
To manage a team of Urban Planners/ Designers who are responsible of their duties as below:

- Participate and contribute to the development of design concept through implementation into subsequent production and implementation stages.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for all phases of projects, including graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, technical details to meet the desirable goals and meet client expectations.
- Communicate closely with the planning leadership to implement the team vision while working independently on a day-to-day basis.
- Both internal and external communication and correspondence.
- May involve some national travels
- Collaborate with other design disciplines within the Viet Nam and oversea office studios when needed.
- Strategic understanding of global design trends and issues.
- Assist in project coordination of large-scale multi-faceted projects as required, collaborating with numerous teams in multiple locations
- Work under your own initiative and direction, as part of MP team and the whole multi-skilled organization including: architects, infrastructural planning, local consultants, local government, and developers, etc.
- Work with the wider planning team to ensure policies and guidance are followed.
- Have skill in rendering is a plus but not compulsory
- Be able to adapt and be flexible in the working environment

1. Qualification:

- Bachelor of Urban Design / Urban Planning
- Masters of Urban Planning / Urban Design or equivalent is preferred

2. Technical Competencies
- Experience in international projects
- Experience in local approval processes and requirements
- Excellent proficiency in at REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketch UP, MS Office. Strong graphic presentation skills, proficient in Adobe Suite.
- Good at Lumion or 3DMax, and Arc GIS
- 3D modelling & Visualization

3. Functional Competencies
- Strong creative skills to create engaging presentation materials through storytelling.
- Up-to-date understanding of global urban design trends and issues
- Strong soft skills and organization skills, including effective verbal and written communication skills both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong graphic (hand/computer) presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a multi-discipline team environment

4. English: Good written and spoken English is compulsory
