**Product overview**

In essence, the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) provides a unified service architecture for all networks, leveraging the capabilities of IP. One of the latest Voice Services, such as Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi), Video over LTE (ViLTE), interconnection, fixed VoIP etc. are being used by billions of people around the world.

**Responsibilities**

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Take ownership of the Business Area
- Set organization structure and roles as well as strategic direction and long-term goals of the Business Area
- Communicate the strategy and objectives throughout the Business Area
- Support high level relationship management in budgeting and forecasting of the Business Area as well as providing financial department with relevant data for invoicing
- Work with the customers on different aspects to provide guidance and support the assignments so that project teams can deliver as planned
- Collaborate with high level relationship management and any sales function to identify and capture new business opportunities with respect to any constraints (committed resources, budgeting, tools, etc.) for DEK Technologies and grow ongoing assignments
- Collaborate with the leadership team so as to contribute to the ongoing improvement of DEK Technologies Vietnam in all aspects

**Job requirements**:
**University degree in Computer Science or Engineering**
**or relevant degrees**

- At least 6-year relevant work experience
- Leadership experience
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Good customer relationship handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- Decisive
- Self-motivated and ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
