_ Research output: at least _**_1 international article paper_**_ published in high quality journals_
- _ Conducting research in your expertise and collaborating with partners on other research projects_
- _ Doing services be responsible for academic advisor to student as well as other academic affairs such as Internship Supervision, Project Supervision and work related to thesis including Supervision, Review, Thesis Committee, _etc._
- _ Bring your expert knowledge, education and experience to add significant value and impact to the teaching, research and industry engagement related activities involved in this role_
- _ Expect to team across undergraduate and post graduate programs whilst developing your own scholarly, research and professional capabilities_
- _ Actively promote the program through establishing and maintaining networks and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities (locally and internationally)_
- _ Develop collaborations with external institutions_
- _ Provide leadership and take initiative_
- _ Fulfill other activities as necessary_
- Requirements

**_Qualification_**_: PhD degree from highly ranked university with language of teaching in English_

**_ Major_**_: Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Economics, or Quantity Surveyor, or related field._

**_ Skills_**_:_

**_ English_**_: IELTS 7.0 or equivalent. Proficient in communication and able to conduct lecture in English_

**_ Computer_**_: Proficiently use software relating to c_onstruction design,_ construction management, as well as programming languages for scientific research such as Matlab, Python, etc._

**_ Others_**_:_
- _ Problem solving skill_
- _ Teamwork skill_
- _ Excellent communication skill_

**_ Experience_**_:_
- _ Experience in research and teaching is a must._
- _ Experience in publishing international articles in ISI, Scopus, especially research related to optimization, AI, Machine Learning is a plus_

**_ Other requirements:_**
- _ Ready to work_ as soon as possible_
- _ Make a long-term commitment to working, be able to work for at least 3 years at International University_
- _ Enthusiastic in teaching_
