- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records: This involves recording all financial transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts on a daily basis using
- QuickBooks online.
- Preparation of financial statements: The accountant will be responsible for preparing the company's financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Payroll Management: The accountant should be familiar with QuickBooks online payroll to manage employee paychecks, tax withholdings, and payroll taxes.
- Budgeting and forecasting: The accountant should be able to prepare budgets and forecasts to help the company plan and manage its finances.
- Inventory management: The accountant may need to track inventory levels and reconcile them with QuickBooks online.
- Providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
- Communication and collaboration: The accountant will work closely with other members of the organization to ensure that financial information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations: The accountant should be familiar with accounting standards and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with them.
- Analysis and reporting: The accountant should be able to analyze financial data and produce reports to help the company make informed decisions.
- Troubleshooting: The accountant should be able to troubleshoot issues that arise with QuickBooks online and provide solutions.
- Continuous learning: The accountant should keep up to date with new features and updates to QuickBooks online to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform.

- Taxation: Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is important, including knowledge of tax returns and compliance requirements.
- Financial analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw insights to inform decision-making.
- Bookkeeping: Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Software skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to explain financial information and collaborate with other team members.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ethics: Knowledge of ethical standards and practices, including confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- English: good in reading and writing, can speaking.
