At bravoSUITE, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Coach to lead the growth of bravoGROWTH, our management tool for personal profiling and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and organizations implementing the strength-based leadership program, ensuring effective integration into their daily operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, customize training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- In collaboration with management, plan, develop and propose new strategies to drive the growth of bravoGROWTH with stakeholders and partnerships.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in the field of strength-based leadership and Talent Management.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge and expertise in strength-based leadership to ensure the highest quality of training and coaching.
- Guide participants through the concepts of positive psychology, flow, Carl Jung, Myers-Briggs, and Holland's theories (if familiar), as well as their relevance to strength-based leadership and Talent Management.
- Be the main representative and spokesperson of bravoGROWTH in public matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Communication, HR and Organizational Development is preferred.
- Nice to have experience in training and coaching, with a focus on strength-based leadership and Talent Management.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Vietnamese), with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
