- This position is responsible for developing, installing and monitoring industrial production equipment and processes, and evaluating production stages to optimize production efficiency and reduce product lead times. In addition, this position is responsible for studying the workers’ operation to perfect the manipulation process._

1. Implement lean production projects to promote company development;

2. Lead and drive the company's improvement projects to achieve cost savings targets;

3. Continuously improve the efficiency of mass-produced products;

4. Lead different types of plant improvement activities;

5. Follow up and coordinate other improvement projects of the company;
