Inspection to verify and fix defects to ensure building quality and support quality audit program

**Manage soft-service preventive and corrective maintenance**: sliding door, roller door, swing door, dock lift, scissor lift, airbag lift, main gate, etc.
Coordinate/ liaise between client point of contact and project department
Manage/ supervise contractors
Contribute solutions/ improvement plan on building maintenance that meets clients’ expectations and cost-saving targets.
Support project clarification and execution upon requested
Uninterrupted site operations
100% compliance with customer and JLL audit requirements
Meet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targets
Continuously improving service
Technical background (diploma/ degree)
Customer service oriented, strong sense of responsibility
Have knowledge of building maintenance services
Safety awareness
Sound interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of service providers and client representatives
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
English communication is an advantage
