- Work with Corporate Marketing Manager to ensure all the projects are completed on time and to budget.
- Corporate with the marketing team in BUs, supporting teams in programs to launch campaigns on time and to budget.
- Work closely with agencies to develop, implement, maintenance, track and optimize all digital marketing activities, which cover, but not limit to website, SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn ), display advertising, content marketing and direct e-marketing.
- Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, tracking, measuring, reporting, presenting findings and making recommendations on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend, performance based on the insights
- Manage, collaborate with third party counterparts such as media, creative and digital agencies, and influencers.
- Support other marketing activities and handle other tasks as assigned by Manager

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 3+ years of overall marketing and communications experience, with 1 to 2 years driving customers through a digital decision journey in a B2C or B2B environment
- Good interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.
- Experience of conducting on-site and off-site SEO analysis and setting up and maintaining PPC campaigns
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a good working knowledge of the major analytics programs - specifically Google Analytics
- Previous blogging and online copywriting experience preferable
- Good graphic design skill is a plus
