- **Make a monthly and yearly strategic plan for Telesales to meet the company's requirements.**
- **Manage Telesales channel productivity, ensure completion of KPIs.**
- **Training, coaching and developing staff.**
- **Develop good relationships with data providers.**
- **Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.**

**Requirement**:
**1. Experience**
- **Over 10 years of working experience & more than 5 years of experience as Manager or Head of Telesales**
- **Over 10 years of working experience in the Banking & Finance industry.**

**2. Qualification**
- **University degree or higher.**
