**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Go deep into the business department, understand the business strategy and goals, take the initiative to obtain the human resources demands of the business department, and be responsible for the local personnel work in Vietnam;
- Provide human resources support for the development of business departments, including personnel attendance, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, etc.;
- According to the situation of the team of the business department, clarify the team competency quality model, design the growth path and training plan of personnel, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan and follow up the implementation;
- Promote the promotion of the company's system and culture through communication and interaction with management and employees;
- Responsible for the administrative affairs of the department.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management; Familiarity with Vietnamese is an advantage;
- More than 5 years of overseas local manpower recruitment and management experience, working experience in large manufacturing companies, bicycles, electric bicycle industry experience is preferred;
- Have strong resource co-ordination ability, strong ability to work under pressure, and service awareness;
- Proficient in using office software, including word, excel, ppt, etc.;
- Good at communication and coordination, care for the physical and mental health of employees;
