**CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Quản lý và xử lý sự cố L2, L3 với các thiết bị Network.
- Phối hợp với IT Helpdesk tại các site để xử lý đối với các sự cố liên quan đến thiết bị tại các site: điện thoại, mail, teamviewer
- Xây dựng tài liệu vận hành, bào trì cho hệ thống Network theo yêu cầu KH.
- Theo dõi các sự cố đã được giải quyết để đảm bảo giải quyết hoàn toàn và đạt được sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Thường xuyên cập nhật thông tin và phân tích giải pháp, công nghệ mới.
- Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan khi xảy ra sự cố.
- Làm việc tại Onsite khách hàng, Quận 1

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc tương đương
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai và vận hành các hệ thống Network Enterprise
- Có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm triển khai về các hệ thống firewall, sdwan, Coreswitch, Wifi controller, CCTV, video conference...
- Đã học hoặc có các chứng chỉ quốc tế về CCNP, JNCIP,... chứng chỉ SDwan / Security là một lợi thế
- Bình tĩnh và linh hoạt giải quyết vấn đề trong mọi trường hợp, đặc biệt khi xảy ra sự cố.
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập, theo nhóm.
- Tiếng Anh tốt
