Field Service Engineer is a key member of Bio-Med's Engineering teams, is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing the company’s machinery and equipment - making sure they are always in top condition, while supporting other departments to smoothly operate and achieve optimal efficiency.

**Work places**:

- Ha Noi: 236 Le Thanh Nghi, Hai Ba Trung Dist.
- 1. Pre-sale Support_
- Do research on the products Bio-Med is distributing, coordinating with the Sales Department to make presentations to introduce products to the Laboratory or the Clinical Department, answers queries, and provide solutions to the customers
- Surveying the necessary conditions when installing product equipment at the place required by the customers
- 2. Post-sale Support_
- Transport, install, and recall instrument at the location requested by the customers
- Install, calibrate, test the instrument in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical requirements
- Plan and perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance
- Repair the instrument when problems arise
- 3. Others_
- Daily, weekly, monthly, report to the Manager; Report when necessary/arising, upon request
- Participate in Bio-Med’s and Abbott’s meetings/training
- Support other departments when required
- Participate in other assigned tasks as required by Service Manager, Board of Directors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree, College Degree, Intermediate Diploma in technical majors (Electrical - Electronics, IT, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics ) and other related degrees.
- Age: preferably under 35 years old
- Having working experience related to engineering, repair and maintenance of medical equipment and machines is an advantage.
- Industrious, hard-working, agile, progressive, highly responsible, enthusiastic.
- Good oral and written English (good communication, reading comprehension and translation of technical documents)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, pay attention to detail and effective time-management skill
- Database management and record keeping skills
- Willing to travel according to the requirements of the job
- Flexible working time according to the purpose of work
