**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Là đầu mối xây dựng, phát triển, rà soát và hoàn thiện các chiến lược, chương trình về văn hóa doanh nghiệp của VPBank.

Tham mưu cho Ban Lãnh đạo ngân hàng về chiến lược và kế hoạch cho các hoạt động củng cố Văn hóa Doanh nghiệp của VPBank

Quản lý, triển khai dự án Văn hóa doanh nghiệp tại VPBank

Đại diện làm việc với vendor và các đơn vị liên quan bên trong, bên ngoài VPBank để triển khai dự án theo kế hoạch và mục tiêu

Tham gia và dẫn dắt việc xác định, lập kế hoạch, triển khai, quản lý dự án, điều phối các bên liên quan để có sự hợp tác và hỗ trợ kịp thời, theo dõi, đánh giá tiến độ triển khai của dự án so với kế hoạch, báo cáo kịp thời về tiến độ dự án

Là đầu mối xây dựng, quản lý, truyền thông, và tổ chức triển khai các hoạt động, chương trình văn hóa doanh nghiệp nhằm tăng cường văn hóa doanh nghiệp của VPBank trên phạm vi toàn ngân hàng

Tổ chức thực hiện các hoạt động huấn luyện/ đào tạo cán bộ nhân viên về các kiến thức/ năng lực liên quan tới Văn hóa doanh nghiệp

Thực hiện các báo cáo gửi ủy ban chỉ đạo dự án (PSC)

Thực hiện đánh giá sau triển khai và báo cáo ban lãnh đạo

Thực hiện các sáng kiến và công việc để nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1. Trình độ Học vấn**

Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân sự, QTKD, truyền thông hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.

**2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan**
- Hiểu biết chung về các hoạt động/ chức năng quản trị nhân sự
- Hiểu biết chung về các hoạt động phát triển tổ chức, văn hóa doanh nghiệp, truyền thông
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về các hoạt động ngân hàng
- Hiểu biết về văn hóa tổ chức

**3. Các Kỹ Năng**
- Kỹ năng quản lý dự án
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập với cường độ công việc cao, phối hợp làm việc nhóm tốt
- Khả năng hướng dẫn, đào tạo, truyền đạt ý tưởng và hiện thực hóa ý tưởng tốt.
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình xuất sắc
- Kỹ năng quản lý nhân sự tốt
- Kỹ năng Tiếng Anh tốt
- Kỹ năng Tin học văn phòng đạt chuẩn MOS theo quy định VPBank

**4. Các Kinh nghiệm Liên quan**
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản trị nguồn nhân lực đặc biệt trong mảng Văn hóa doanh nghiệp, Phát triển tổ chức
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý và triển khai dự án
- Có kinh nghiệm truyền thông nội bộ trong các tổ chức có quy mô lớn

**5. Các năng lực cần có**
- Tổ chức, quản lý/ quản trị, triển khai kế hoạch
- Tạo lập các mối quan hệ cấp cao
- Kiểm soát/giám sát/đôn đốc việc thực hiện
- Đào tạo/huấn luyện và kèm cặp
