Job description

**About the job**:
Design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with external services and internal systems.
Engage with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical specifications.
Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and ensure best practices are adhered to during all development phases.
Perform regular system audits to maintain accurate records within the ServiceNow platform.
Support the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members on the ServiceNow platform as needed.

**About you**:
Academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
3-5 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules.
Proficiency in English, with stellar communication skills to effectively engage with international stakeholders.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs with ServiceNow.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ITAM modules is a significant plus.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
