**Responsibilities**:

- Consolidate information from client teams and in-house team to make sure that all parties understand the project requirements, solutions and planning in the same way.
- Help manage expectations of users and management, consulting users in translate their expectation into software requirements. Analyzing the impact of change requests during software development project.
- Supporting project team in developing complex business logic.
- Write reusable, clear, precise documentation, with helpful visual diagrams.
- Perform analysis on newly released features using usage metrics and customer feedback.
- Able to discuss with customers and stakeholders, work with industry analysts, and look at competitive solutions.
- Focus on end-user requirements with an eye for user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
- Perform analysis on newly released features using usage metrics and customer feedback.
- Be the expert who can help customers, support, sales, and other groups with questions about your feature areas.
- Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.

**Requirements**:
**_Must have:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- 3+ years of experience in Appian or a similar role within a software company.
- Solid knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
- Solid knowledge and working experience within Fintech/Finance projects.
- Solid hands-on experience in full cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile.
- Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Able to generate documentation in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion.
- Able to perform requirement gathering and managing work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, as well as presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Able to work independently with “Can-Do” spirit and to manage time effectively.

**_Nice to have:_**
- Experience in Appian platform; Understand and communicate Appian Application Architecture.
- Experience in UI / UX, Agile environment, Quality Assurance / Controller.
