ABOUT YOU
Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar technical fields.
From 6+ years of experience, with preferred experience in the insurance or financial services.
Extensive experience in data architect or data modelling in financial services.
Proficient in working with various Cloud platforms, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Proven track record in leading data transformation and cloud adoption.
Strong communication skills to convey data strategy to executives and teams.
Expertise in modern data infrastructure and governance.
Experience with Master Data Management, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric.
Understanding of insurance data models and governance best practices.
Good command of English skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships at all management levels.
