- Objectives
- Plan, design, implement, deploy and monitor Amanotes’ unique music management and content service systems
- Produce solutions to difficult challenges in design, and user experience problems facing both internal customers and end users
- Maintain focus on the product vision and its validation
- What you will do
- Logically visualize complex systems, design wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, mock ups, and interfaces to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Build and maintain the design system by critically analyzing components to improve product design workflows
- Collaborate within our team and with our internal users to understand the challenges and requirements of our systems
- Produce documentation on product requirements, user stories, UX flow, and wireframes as needed to guide development
- Provide solutions to design problems, particularly user experience and data management problems
- Work with the team leader on the planning and schedule of product development
- Manage user stories, work requests and feedback within the schedule
- Work with engineers, data scientists and other disciplines on the execution of the plan and process
- Be the user advocate and final approver of new features before they are released
- Qualifications
- 3+ years in product design, preferably on platform and distribution channel products
- You are an analytical designer with a range of skills, including visual design, prototyping, content strategy, UX research and experimentation
- Expertise designing and prototyping in tools like Figma, with exceptional attention to detail
- Have experience working in an agile context, where they have been a member of a delivery team in a product development environment; working closely with Product Owners, developers and QC engineers
- Familiar with data-driven product development
- Will be a plus
- Time management
- Effective communication skills, both in verbal, written and presentation manners
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Musical skill is a plus
- Self-starter, actively seeking out ways to improve the products, process, and team productivity
- Organized and ordered working ethics
- Staying calm and effective under pressure
- Strong focus on learning and development
- Adaptable and user-oriented, willing to make changes for the better of the product
