Flextime tùy theo tình hình dự án, thời gian làm việc chính từ 10h-4h. Vd: 9h-6h, 7h-4h
- **Nội dung công việc**:

- Hiểu rõ, phân tích, xác nhận các yêu cầu và xem xét về mặt kinh doanh và kỹ thuật
- Viết yêu cầu cụ thể, quy trình kinh doanh, tài liệu kỹ thuật
- Dịch và chuyển giao cho team Dev
- Giao tiếp và làm việc với team để giải quyết các yêu cầu và đưa ra các giải pháp
- Thực hiện các Unit Test và support khách hàng test UAT
- Quản lý và kiểm tra quy đình để đảm bảo chuyển giao dịch vụ với chất lượng cao
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được yêu cầu
- Tự nắm các đầu mục công việc được yêu cầu và thực hiện tốt
- **Yêu cầu**:
Bắt buộc:

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH ngành IT background
- Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp tốt từ N2 trở lên
- Kinh nghiệm Brse từ 2 năm trở lên và có IT skill sets: API, Wireframe, Project control tool, FE code, HTML, CSS, React, Test case)
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng các mô hình quản lý như waterfall, Agile
- Hiểu biết/kinh nghiệm các phần mềm thiết kế như: figma, wirefame
- Kỹ năng phân tích, giải thích, giải quyết vấn đề với sự tập trung cao
- Suy nghĩ logic, chủ động, đảm nhận nhiều công việc, trách nhiệm cao
- *Ưu tiên:_
- Yêu thích thiết kế UI/UX_
- Tiếng Anh khá tốt_
- Đã từng sống và làm việc ở Nhật_
- **Chế độ**:

- Lương : ~2500$
- Thưởng up to 14 tháng lương, 2 lần/năm: thưởng tết và thưởng hè
- Xét tăng lương 2 lần/năm, thể hiện năng lực tốt tăng lương cao, nhanh
- Bảo hiểm full lương
- Nghỉ 14 ngày theo luật định và 1 ngày đặc biệt
- Trợ cấp ăn trưa: 700,000/tháng
- Trợ cấp đi lại: 300,000/tháng
- Giải thưởng giữa năm và cuối năm cho nhân viên xuất sắc
- Du lịch công ty
- Hoạt động khác như thể thao, bữa tối, tiệc tùng
- Đi công tác: Nhật Bản, Thái Lan, Malaysia
- Môi trường làm việc quốc tế, thoải mái, có gu thẩm mỹ
