Medior Architect

**What you will do as a Medior Architect**
- Work collaboratively with a team of architects in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project.
- Provide design and modelling support to the lead architects and management staff.
- Assemble architectural drawing sets in REVIT in coordination with other disciplines including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, enlarged drawings, details, etc.
- Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines.
- Pro-actively sharing of information, demanding for clarification and instruction.
- Improve architectural library (i.e., materials & suppliers, and regulations).

**What you will bring to the team**
- Professional degree in Architecture with 5-10 years relevant working experience post-graduation.
- Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good in spoken English.
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Good visualization and presentation skills.
- Experienced in detailing, building technology, construction techniques, related engineering principles, and sustainability strategies.
- Proficient in software packages such as Revit and MS Office.
- Good understanding of local standards.
- Confident working on complex, large scale projects in an international organization.
