**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). **Job description**:
**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage
- Lead and manage a team of manual testers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and define test objectives
- Coordinate and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and resource availability
- Conduct manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify defects and ensure product stability
- Perform test estimation, test effort estimation, and test progress tracking to meet project deadlines
- Identify and report software defects, track their status, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Continuously improve test processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor and train team members on manual testing techniques, best practices, and industry standards
- Provide regular status reports on testing progress, test coverage, and defect metrics to project stakeholders

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Manual Test Lead or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing manual testing projects
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- ISTQB certification or equivalent qualification in software testing is a plus
