- Join the company's software development project, as the Comtor of the project.
- Support BrSE during working.
- Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.
- Gather requirements, translating and simplifying the requirements to the developers (ensure Development fully understands business requirements).
- Participate in the preparation of meeting content, participating in meetings in Japanese as well as Vietnamese as required;
- Interpreting project-related meetings between the project team and Japanese customers through meetings, chat,... Acting as a communication bridge between the project team and the customer, helping the project succeed;
- Translate project-related documents such as customer requirements to the project team;
- Japanese translation at the request of superiors.
- Other tasks assigned.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Native or Fluent Japanese (at least N2 JLPT) communication.
- Strong analytical,and problem-solvingskills and communication.
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
- Able to simplify complex topics and communicate them with team members/clients.
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

[Nice to have]
- Upper-Intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of English (certificate not required).
- The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Knowledge of scrum and agile methodology.
