MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Proudly represents our hotel and Recreation Department to guests from over the world, treat our guests and colleagues with respect and work hard together to deliver the highest quality of service to all
1. Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors
2. Attend day to day work with impeccable grooming, cleanly shaved & uniform to standard.
3. Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency in accordance with training.
4. Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
5. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Sheraton Danang Policies
6. To ensure that all of the installations and materials of the department remains in good condition and ensure its proper use during operation times, any abuse of these areas must be reported immediately to your superior.
7. Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests
8. Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply
9. Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towel issue and retrieval
10. Liaise with other operational departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service
11. Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel
12. Participate actively in employee activities and attend training schedule.
13. Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards
14. Participate in activities concerning protection of environment
15. Ensure only qualified persons such as in-house guests, members and guests who paid the entrance fee are allowed to use
16. Conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures for relevant department
17. Perform any other task assigned by head of department.

**Education**:
High school or equivalent education required.
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year working experience as the same position is required.
