IDP has a demand to recruit the following position:
**VISITOR VISA COUNSELLOR**

**(Full time)**

Reporting to the Manager and Leader:

- Provide counselling to customers
- Interacting with Immi Departments to follow-up visa result
- Handle customers’ visa issues
- Counsel & support customers to buy OVHC
- Other tasks as assigned by the team leader/line manager

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the same sector is preferred for this position (visa processing, visa traveling ), **OR** in administration, document management/ handling.
- Excellent communication, explanation and customer orientation.
- Excellent English. (equivalent IELTS 6.0 or Above)
- Ability to work under high pressure and target.
