**What You Will Do**

Legal Counsel Vietnam, Thailand and LCM will report to Legal Director - Metropolitan Asia and will provide the following supports to the Legal Director, business functions and Kenvue Legal & Compliance (KLC):
**Key Responsibilities**
- Performing legal review, negotiation and drafting of various types of agreements related to business and transactions of the Company.
- Conducting research related to legal issues.
- Maintaining records of contracts, legal systems and databases.
- Acting as initial contact for stakeholders on legal matters and gathering information including communicating independently with business partners including third party vendors and external counsels, cross-functional and KLC colleagues with a view to resolve issues and handling projects.
- Providing information regarding contracting processes and supporting continuous improvement of standard legal form agreements.
- Collecting data and prepares routine reports for internal customers and external agencies. Compiles statistics on data requests when required. Preparing and publishing records retention and disposition policies and schedules. Advising internal stakeholders on standard inquiries regarding retention guidelines.
- Resolving routine legal and procedural questions as directed by the Legal Director
- Providing supports to internal functions as may be required including, but not limited to, privacy, compliance, intellectual property.
- Representing the company in liaising with external stakeholders and government authorities as may be directed, including acting as Data Privacy Officer (DPO) of the Company.
- Providing trainings on legal matters and relevant SOPs to employees, outside counsel, government agencies, and third parties, as may be required.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

**Education**:

- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in laws.
- Being admitted to practice law in Vietnam.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Having PQE of minimum 5 years as a lawyer or legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Having experience in consumer health or pharmaceutical companies would be a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
- Highly computer literate with advanced skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of legal research principles, methods, techniques, and resources.
- Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Having high emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with and support sophisticated business clients.
- Having good and practical business judgment, general initiative and the ability to take independent and decisive action, and to know when to seek advice.
- Having excellent analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Able to manage and impart confidential information and having high professional ethics.
- Able to work autonomously and with mínimal supervision.
- Having skills and flexibility to work across business functions and teams located in multiple time zones and geographics.
