**What you will do**:

- Driving technical quality, processes and delivery of Company Android offering
- Building a native Android app that is well-designed and high quality
- You’ll work closely with the design teams and Product Managers to continually iterate and integrate new ideas
- Participate in design and code reviews; contribute to the look and feel of our Android apps
- Improve the Android best practices on the team

**What you should have**:

- 5+ years of working experience as Android Engineer
- Commercial native Android development experience
- Kotlin experience is essential
- Contributed to the open source community or developed an app in the Play store
- Passionate about good quality code and working in a test-driven, organised manner
- Effective collaborator and communicator with both technical and non-technical team members
- Creative and entrepreneurial, excited about working with the latest technologies
- A curious problem solver who is full of questions and ideas
- Thrives under high levels of autonomy. At the beginning of each work cycle, feel empowered to choose what you’d like to and want to do, and be able to back it up with unit and instrument test results
- Good verbal English communication skills, especially in the global software development environment
